We had a wonderful, charming stay at Bungalows Maria Teresa. The old-fashioned homey vibe and charming architecture created a memorable experience. The location was perfect, just one block from the beach and across the street from the plaza. The bungalow had plenty of room and a huge closet, and we appreciated the full-sized fridge/freezer. The place was immaculate, and we loved everything about it pretty much.
Drawback: The shower could have been better as the water didn't fall directly on our heads, but we managed for the two nights we stayed.

This Mexican beach hotel was within walking distance of the beach and had many restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful, with some even speaking multiple languages. Rooms were equipped with basic amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. Daily cleaning was also a bonus, making the stay more comfortable.
The furniture was dirty and old, and basic necessities were lacking such as hot water in the kitchen and an inability to flush toilet paper. The noise level was also high due to heavy traffic and street noise.
